Senior Partnership Development Manager

This is a senior position responsible for driving growth through strategic partnerships, delivering business value and expanding market reach.

The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and managing strategic partnerships, alliances or channel sales, with a strong track record of driving revenue growth through partnerships. They will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.

  • Main Responsibilities:
    - Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy aligned with the business goals
    - Manage key partnership opportunities and own executive level relationships
    - Identify and evaluate potential partners, including technology providers, professional service firms and other relevant organizations
    - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation of partnership initiatives
    - Monitor, analyze and drive the performance of partnerships, providing regular reports and insights to senior leadership
  • Requirements:
    - Experience in successfully developing and managing strategic partnerships, alliances or channel sales, ideally in B2B tech, SaaS/Software or financial services
    - Strong negotiation and contract management skills - to navigate complex commercial discussions to ensure the best outcome
    - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
    - Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on new opportunities
