People and Culture Advisor

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborating, guiding, and mentoring leaders across multiple locations to ensure their success.
- Involvement in the negotiation of Enterprise Agreements.
- Conducting inquiries and offering recommendations to the organization.
- Delivering daily HR Generalist support and coaching to line managers on employment-related issues.
- Contributing to organizational success through the creation, execution, and oversight of policies and procedures aligned with relevant industrial agreements and HR management practices.
- Assisting the P&C Manager with complex industrial relations or strategic issues.
- Partnering with leaders throughout the employee lifecycle, including performance management, career development, workforce planning, and promoting diversity and inclusion.
About You:
As a graduate in HR or Business/Commerce with relevant experience in an industrial or blue-collar setting, you possess a strong desire for knowledge and a commitment to learning within a diverse and complex operational environment.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following skills, experience, and attributes:
- Proven experience collaborating with Operations in a blue-collar context.
- A solid understanding of HR policies, employment legislation, and employee relations, with behaviors that reflect best practices and our core values.
- A confident problem solver and a collaborative team player with effective communication skills to foster positive change.
- A proactive and organized approach, willing to engage and contribute.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
