About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Business Partner to join our Pacific National team. As a key member of our People & Culture function, you will play a critical role in supporting our leaders and employees across various sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with leaders to provide strategic HR advice and guidance on employment-related matters.
  • Conduct investigations and provide recommendations to the business on complex HR issues.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures aligned with industrial agreements and HR best practices.
  • Provide day-to-day HR support to line managers and employees.
  • Collaborate with the P&C Manager on industrial relations and strategic matters.
  • Support employee lifecycle events, including performance management and career development planning.
About You

We are looking for a HR or Business/Commerce graduate with relevant work experience in an industrial/blue-collar environment. You will have a strong understanding of HR policy, employment law, and employee relations, with a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

You will be a confident problem solver, a collaborative team player with excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to driving positive change. You will also be goal-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities effectively, and have a strong desire to learn and grow with our business.
