The OpportunityWe're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented People & Culture (P&C) Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our P&C team. In this role, you'll assist with a wide range of HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, talent management, and improving P&C systems and processes.
You'll work independently on regular administrative tasks while contributing to strategic initiatives and organisational projects. Your responsibilities will include maintaining up-to-date policies, procedures, and organisational charts, coordinating P&C calendar activities, and supporting the preparation of reports for the Board, executives, and management.
You'll be the subject matter expert in administering recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and managing employee documentation. You'll also assist in preparing reports for regulatory bodies, such as WGEA and FWC, and ensure accurate data management within our HR systems.
This role requires strong organisational, project management, and time management skills, as well as the ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality. Experience in generating employment documents and submitting HR reports to regulatory bodies is essential, along with a strong interest in HR best practices.
