Job Overview

We seek a highly skilled IT Service Operations Coordinator to spearhead the IT Service Desk and manage service requests, ensuring timely resolution of end-user issues.

This role involves designing, creating, and developing ITSM tools to facilitate valuable reporting, including identifying trends and problems. Additionally, you will oversee incidents and changes to the IT system's production environments, guaranteeing that information security management controls are upheld at all times.

Key responsibilities include reviewing and improving existing IT service operation-based processes and management reporting. To succeed in this challenging role, you must possess a strong IT service operation background and experience in an IT service desk environment.

Essential Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven experience in managing and reporting service desk requests, incidents, problems, and changes
  • Strong leadership quality with a customer-centric focus, coupled with excellent organisational skills
  • Well-developed written communication skills, including document development to support IT service operation processes
  • Proficiency in ITIL service operation practices
  • Demonstrated understanding of occupational safety, health, equity, and diversity principles and practices
