Job Title: Operational Services Coordinator
Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the role of Operational Services Coordinator.

The successful candidate will be responsible for arranging the acquisition, registration, monitoring, maintenance, return, and replacement of HSS equipment. They will also investigate HSS equipment faults, booking systems errors, and information systems malfunctions, facilitating fault resolution as required.

In addition, the Operational Services Coordinator will liaise with building agents and relevant agencies on operational, environmental, and maintenance matters.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Arranging the acquisition, registration, monitoring, maintenance, return, and replacement of HSS equipment.
  • Investigating HSS equipment, booking and information systems faults, and facilitating fault resolution as required.
  • Liaising with building agents and relevant agencies on operational, environment and maintenance matters.
