Overview

The Strategic Account Manager, Growth and Expansion will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of high-revenue generating accounts. This role requires a strong ability to build relationships with senior personnel at each account, including executive-level leadership.

Responsibilities include:

  • ">
  • Protecting existing business and growing total account revenue through the introduction and expansion of new service lines.">
  • Maintaining and deepening relationships with key stakeholders within each account.">
  • Identifying whitespace within each account and creating a plan to grow Consilio services accordingly.">
  • Promoting Consilio's eDiscovery, review, consulting, and staffing service lines in all client locations.">
  • Facilitating cross-jurisdictional support for global matters.">
  • Coordinating the creation and maintenance of a Playbook, incorporating standard operating procedures and unique client processes and/or workflows.">
  • Leading and/or attending regularly scheduled project meetings and key communications.">
  • Resolving invoicing and billing issues and streamlining billing workflow.">
  • Scheduling Quarterly or Annual Business Reviews with key stakeholders.">
  • Analyzing Account revenue trends and reporting to Sr. Management.">
  • Planning offsite events and retreats.">
  • Coordinating and planning professional development programs (CLE presentations, roundtable and panel discussions).">
  • Promoting unique offerings exclusively for SCS clients (Sky Analytics).">
  • Monitoring market status and providing industry insight (challenges, pricing, and technology trends).">
  • Submitting weekly internal management reporting and monthly forecasts.">
  • Regularly updating Salesforce, account planning documentation, and other client-related materials.">

Qualifications

  • ">
  • A 4-year degree from an accredited university.">
  • Minimum of 5 years of legal-industry sales (preferred) or account management experience.">
  • A flexible approach to communication; able to adapt message quickly to the appropriate level or function with poise, polish, and relevance.">
  • High attention to detail and self-starter motivation.">
  • A highly intelligent and energetic executive attitude with the ability to quickly assess business situations and act in an informed and decisive manner to drive required results.">
  • Excellent written and verbal skills; ability to articulate complex subject matter to non-technical audiences in a concise and compelling manner.">
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.">

Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year

This position reports to the regional lead Vice President, Strategic Client Solutions and is a highly visible role within Consilio.
