The Assistant Store Manager — Operations will lead a team to achieve sustainable sales growth by consistently delivering exceptional customer experiences.
This role involves managing stock processes, operational compliance, inventory management, and data accuracy.
- Preparing stock for sale, conducting stocktake, audits, acceptance, and transfers
- Operational compliance within the back of house
- Inventory management and data accuracy
- Supporting customer escalations
- Providing technical support and training for new and existing processes, products or services
- Developing strong business relationships with external teams to drive continuous improvement
- Completing rosters and leading team development in operational areas
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Experience in Service, Stock Management or Operations
- A commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Ability to meet and exceed Sales and KPI goals
- Empathy for customers, care for your team, and care for the business
- The motivation to coach and inspire your team mates
- Energy and a positive attitude that brings out the best in yourself and others
