Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated professional to fill the role of Customer Support Officer. In this position, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience throughout the repair process.

As a key member of our team, you will be involved in end-to-end customer management of the repair cycle, liaising with centralised functions, suppliers, and assessors. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records in our Repair Management software (IBody).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer queries and issues
  • Manage customer relationships, responding effectively to their needs and concerns
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, including centralised functions, suppliers, and assessors
  • Maintain accurate records in IBody, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a customer service-oriented environment
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver professional and efficient service to customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders
  • Capability to provide customer care and complaints handling
  • Proficient in Microsoft and Cloud-Based Management Systems
