The Concierge Team Leader is a key role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless guest experiences.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Concierge Team Leader to lead our concierge team in delivering world-class service and creating unforgettable experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the concierge team to deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable experiences for our guests.
  • Oversee daily operations of the concierge desk, including scheduling and task delegation.
  • Welcome guests and provide a warm, professional first impression of the hotel.
  • Manage luggage handling and valet parking services.
  • Offer detailed information about hotel facilities and local attractions.
  • Provide personalized recommendations for dining, entertainment, and tourism activities.
  • Promote and explain our loyalty program to guests.
  • Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in the hotel entrance area.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Implement and maintain standard operating procedures for the concierge team.
  • Train and mentor new team members.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Concierge Team Leader or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Outstanding customer service orientation with a friendly and enthusiastic demeanor.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software and computer systems.
  • In-depth knowledge of local attractions, dining options, and services in Brisbane City.
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol certification.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Physical ability to lift and carry heavy luggage when necessary.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of service.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
