Key Account Manager Role

We are seeking a skilled Key Account Manager to join our team at Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort and Elysia Wellness Retreat. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional to grow our Golf & Sporting Groups segment.

The successful candidate will develop and implement targeted sales strategies to increase group bookings and revenue, identifying new opportunities and driving business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales plans to target key accounts within the golf, sports club, school, and leisure travel sectors.
  • Nurture existing relationships with key clients and establish new partnerships to drive repeat business and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with resort operations, events, and revenue teams to optimize group occupancy and maximize yield.
  • Represent our resorts at industry events and networking functions to build brand awareness and convert high-value leads.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and track pipeline activity to ensure sales performance metrics meet targets.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and client meetings to strengthen relationships and align with client expectations.
  • Work closely with event partners and vendors to support logistics and ensure seamless execution of group stays and sporting events.
