Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Food & Beverage Attendant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional service and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized service to guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.
  • Maintain the presentation of the restaurant to a high standard, overseeing setup and breakdown of dining areas as needed.
  • Assist with special events, banquets, and private functions by setting up and serving food and beverages.
  • Build relationships with guests and locals to promote client loyalty and retention.
  • Maximize sales opportunities by suggesting products and experiences that meet the needs of our guests.
  • Process payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash and credit card transactions according to hotel policies.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Prior experience in fine dining or high-end restaurant environments.
  • The ability to run your own section and manage multiple tables simultaneously.
  • A genuine love for great food and wine, with knowledge of wine being advantageous.
  • Talents in customer service, with a vibrant and outgoing personality.
  • An ability and willingness to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
  • A reliable vehicle to transport yourself to and from work.
