The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, developing targeted sales strategies, and nurturing key accounts within the golf, sports club, school, and leisure travel sectors.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to grow the golf and sporting groups segment across markets.
- Identify, manage, and nurture key accounts to ensure long-term relationships and revenue growth.
- Drive proactive business development through outbound sales activity, lead generation, tailored proposals, and on-site client engagement.
- Represent the resort at industry trade shows and networking events to build brand visibility and convert high-value leads.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role within the tourism industry.
- A proven track record of driving sales growth and expanding business opportunities.
- Exceptional communication abilities, both written and verbal.
- Outstanding attention to detail and advanced time management skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues, analyze solutions, and implement effective resolutions.
