Job Title: Donor Care Administrator and Charity Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Donor Care Administrator and Charity Customer Service Representative based in North Sydney. In this role, you will play a critical part in building strong relationships with our donors and supporters, providing them with exceptional customer service, and ensuring that their donations are processed efficiently and accurately.

Main Responsibilities:

Process donations and update donor information in our database

Assist with the management of our donor database, ensuring its accuracy and integrity

Provide excellent customer service to all donors and supporters, including the resolution of any issues or concerns they may have

Assist with the preparation of reports, mailing lists, and other materials as required

Contribute to the overall success of the organisation by supporting the implementation of fundraising and marketing initiatives

Key Requirements:

A minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer service or administrative role

Donor relations or fundraising experience (ideal)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong focus on attention to detail

Experience with database management and data entry

Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word

Possession of a passion for working in the not-for-profit sector and a commitment to the mission of the organisation
