Job Title: Relationship Manager

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented professional to secure gifts of $10,000 and steward donors across our full donor portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and steward a portfolio of donors to secure gifts of $10,000+
  • Proactively manage and develop relationships to solicit gifts from prospects and existing donors
  • Support senior relationship managers in the stewardship of major and principal gifts

Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in arts, science, business, communications, marketing, or event management or equivalent work experience
  • Experience establishing, nurturing, and stewarding relationships within a portfolio of existing and prospective donors and foundations
  • Excellent writing skills, including the ability to draft grant applications and donor communications
  • Exemplary interpersonal skills, including effective listening, empathy, and discretion
