About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Manager to deliver a full spectrum of services and projects across areas such as Change Management, Organisation Design, Workforce Planning, Strategy, Culture, Learning, and Leadership. As a client-facing role, you will utilise your organisational change management background and broader management consulting experience to work on diverse projects including designing culture plans, organisational structures, management development, capability frameworks, workforce strategy/plans, and more.

This role involves supervising individual and team workloads, project managing, and delivering exceptional service outcomes for all clients. Some examples of the types of projects our team deliver include:

  • Leading the design and delivery of change management strategies and plans for digital transformation or other organisational changes
  • Developing client strategies and executing bespoke solutions to address client opportunities and challenges
  • Liaising with client senior management and C-Suite and Boards to ensure objectives are met and risks are mitigated

The ideal candidate will have an extensive consulting background, experience growing a successful business, aligning leaders to a clear vision, setting strategy, planning, designing, implementing programs & projects, and delivering change. You will also possess strong foundational experience in change management and/or with a general consulting skill set within a professional services environment.
