Job Title: Head of Digital Transformation

About the Role:

The Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Transformation Leader to join their team. As a key member of the executive team, you will be responsible for leading and evolving the digital transformation agenda for the College, developing and delivering the digital roadmap, and building a high-performing team to ensure the successful implementation and adoption of system and process changes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and evolve the digital transformation agenda for the College
  • Develop and deliver the digital roadmap
  • Build a high-performing team to ensure the successful implementation and adoption of system and process changes
  • Work collaboratively with the IT and Business Transformation teams to effectively manage and align digital systems
  • Provide detailed advice to the executive team on alignment with the strategic direction of the College

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in leading and delivering business-wide transformation programs, strategies, and roadmaps
  • Strong analytical and strategic skills
  • Ability to identify key issues, responses, and messages in a change and transformation context
  • Ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams
  • Experience in fostering a collaborative and continuous improvement culture
