About the Role

We are seeking a culturally Transformation Leader to join our team at Pact Packaging. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in driving change and cultivating a collaborative, inclusive culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive and Develop: Develop actionable talent, workforce, and succession plans to ensure a pipeline of talent for critical positions.
  • Collaborate: Work with the wider people team and managers to identify and understand skills and competencies, ensuring we have the right people capability to meet today's and future needs.
  • Drive Employee Engagement: Develop and implement employee relations plans and EBA negotiations in conjunction with the group employee relations team, providing support and guidance to business leaders and staff on employee relations matters, including managing enterprise agreement negotiations.
  • Coach: Provide support and guidance to business leaders in optimizing their ability to have effective performance conversations, driving a culture of high-performance teams.
What We're Looking For
  • Experience: A proven track record in a corporate HR role in manufacturing or a similar industry is desirable.
  • Knowledge: Good knowledge of relevant HR issues, methodologies, and practices, including knowledge of best practice and the latest trends in the functional area.
  • Skills: Strong commercial acumen and insight into business dynamics, exceptional relationship-building skills that foster collaboration and trust, and an analytical mindset to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
Qualifications
  • A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Experience or qualifications in culture change, talent assessment, or human behavioral change are a plus.
