Job Title

We're seeking an experienced client partner to own direct brand and agency relationships, drive strategy, and day-to-day growth at the account level.

  • Owning direct brand and agency relationships, driving strategy, and day-to-day growth is essential for success in this role.
  • Communicate and translate client objectives into capabilities, informing our strategy and helping shape executional excellence.
  • Identifying and strategically selling in growth opportunities with existing clients is a key responsibility.
  • Keeping clients updated on the most recent product innovations and opportunities is critical.
  • Understanding client needs and setting expectations internally/externally is vital.
  • Escalation point when business risks need to be communicated to clients; escalates to Senior Leadership where additional support is needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strategic thinking, analytical skills, and strong communication skills are essential.
  • Leadership, sales, and marketing expertise - ability to lead strategic conversations with clients.
  • Consultative seller with expertise in search, video, display, audio, CTV, and performance marketing.
  • Understanding of key Ad Cloud integrations within the Experience Cloud - communicating the benefits for clients.
