About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Organisational Development Lead to join our team at Davidson. As a key member of our Organisational Development team, you will play a critical role in leading the implementation of our competency framework, including all learning and development related initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation of the organisation's competency framework
  • Lead engagement and communication activities across the business to embed the competency framework
  • Support the design of competency development programs through partnering with the broader Organisational Development Team and Subject Matter Experts
  • Lead the learning and development component of strategic organisational development initiatives
  • Develop innovative online learning modules to increase competency and capability across the organisation
  • Lead engagement and communication activities across the business to increase participation with the various Learning programs
  • Partner with the Learning and HR Business Partnering teams to continually review and enhance the leadership engagement strategies
  • Review and update learning and development policies and procedure as required
  • Identify, track and analyse key learning metrics and report these to the organisation
  • Administer the Learning Management System

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have a strong educational background in human resources, training, or a related field. You will possess excellent facilitation skills and the ability to deliver training and group coaching programs. You will also be able to work strategically and demonstrate the ability to work with stakeholders to design learning and development programs.

Requirements:

  • Diploma, Advanced Diploma or Tertiary degree in human resources, training or a related field
  • Strong facilitation skills and the ability to deliver training and group coaching programs
  • Ability to work strategically and demonstrate ability to work with stakeholders to design learning and development programs
  • Excellent awareness of instructional design and incorporating this into designing a range of blended and digital learning solutions
  • Experience or awareness in using and administering an online learning platform
  • Strong organisational skills, with ability to manage competing priorities
