Sales and Business Development Manager

At Campari Deutschland GmbH, we are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team. As the ideal candidate, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with customers in your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets
- BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CUSTOMERS TO EXPAND THE PRESENCE OF CAMPARI BRANDS
- Execute brand strategies and campaigns in alignment with national and state-level plans
- Drive brand education and sales with established clients, encouraging trial and incremental growth
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in field sales, preferably within the FMCG or liquor/beverage industry
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of Off Trade dynamics and customer marketing principles
- Experience in account management and business development
The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results under pressure, as well as excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
