Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive mortgage acquisition strategy to drive growth and maintain strong customer profiling in line with HSBC's brand
  • Leverage industry knowledge and experience to work closely with local and regional stakeholders to drive acquisition initiatives
  • Collaborate with internal change delivery teams and external suppliers to drive efficiencies in the acquisition journey by implementing streamlining improvements
  • Own and drive all acquisition identified initiatives to integration into the business with full reporting
  • Liaise with key stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of the strategy

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of drivers and levers of the mortgage portfolio
  • Solid understanding of the mortgage industry in Australia
  • Demonstrated analytical ability
  • Tertiary qualification is desirable
