The Role: Digital Product Strategist

We're seeking an experienced Product Manager to redefine the mortgage origination journey by leveraging advanced technology and our products & capabilities. This senior role involves leading cross-functional teams to deliver product enhancements, collaborating with UX experts to research best practices, and making data-driven decisions with stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Working within a collaborative team to drive high-quality product enhancements and improve user experiences
  • Developing and owning the immediate and long-term product roadmap aligned with Lendi Group's strategic vision
  • Serving as a subject matter expert for products and features owned by the Capture team, highlighting dependencies, priorities, and managing interactions with other cross-functional teams and products
  • Engaging with stakeholders, including customers, brokers, Distribution, Centre of Excellence, Lender Partnerships, Legal, and Compliance
  • Overseeing the release of products, supporting communication and training activities
  • Understanding key metrics of success and demonstrating data-based decision making
  • Using tools and techniques like continuous discovery to identify areas for improvement, lead research, and plan for product enhancements and innovation

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience in Product Management
  • Background in Home Loans, Finance, or Banking
  • Ability to work closely with Design and Engineering, communicate priorities, scope projects, and deliver on a vision, including tech-ready user stories
  • Experience in analytics, consumer funnels, or complex digital transactions
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise with senior stakeholders
  • A proven track record of getting things done

About Us

Lendi Group offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with extended Paid Parental Leave (up to 26 weeks for primary carers and up to 4 weeks for secondary carers), an additional week's Loyalty Leave each year after reaching 3 years' service, and access to an Employee Assistance Program.
