Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to guide organizational growth.
  • Lead and manage senior leadership teams across various departments.
  • Evaluate and ensure operational efficiency and effective resource allocation.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders, clients, and partners.
  • Monitor industry trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and reporting.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field; MBA strongly preferred.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior management role.
  • Proven track record in strategic planning and operational management.
  • Exceptional leadership and people management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in stakeholder management and building strategic partnerships.
Salary and Benefits:

We offer a highly competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you can expect a comprehensive benefits package, including private health insurance, pension plan, work-from-home flexibility, and training & development opportunities.
