
Customer Journey Strategist

We are seeking a skilled professional to design, build and optimise personalised customer journeys across multiple channels.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with transferable skills and experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud journey design, build and optimisation.
Key Responsibilities:- Partner cross-functionally to capture requirements and design optimised campaigns and journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Build, test and deploy complex multi-channel customer journeys, including decision splits, A/B testing, reporting and optimisation
- Host stakeholder workshops and ideation sessions to shape journey backlogs and explore new initiatives
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of campaigns - from design and build through to reporting and insights
- Strong communication and consulting skills - ability to engage, influence and educate stakeholders at all levels
- Experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud journey design, build and optimisation
- Experience gathering requirements and translating them into actionable campaigns and reporting packs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an eye for detail and ability to think big picture
- Technical capability with tools such as SQL, Data Design, AMP script, HTML/CSS or related platforms
