Customer Success Strategist

The Customer Success Strategist plays a pivotal role in fostering long-term relationships with customers, ensuring they derive maximum value from our solutions. This involves direct assistance with product adoption and optimization, as well as contributing to increased customer retention and minimizing the risk of churn.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop strong partnerships with customers; understand their goals and challenges to provide tailored solutions and recommendations that drive their journey to value realization.
- Create customized success plans in collaboration with customers and influence their outcomes.
- Become proficient in Mimecast's core product suite and leverage this expertise to facilitate customer adoption and feature utilization.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of the threat landscape and advise customers on managing it through their applications and integrations.
- Pursue a proactive approach to owning your book of business; continuously monitor customer health and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement, risk mitigation, and churn prevention.
- Collaborate with internal counterparts in Sales, Professional Services, and Support to ensure an optimal customer experience at every stage of their journey.
- Act as the voice of the customer, providing valuable insights and feedback to senior-level stakeholders in Customer Success, Product, and Support.
