
Journey Strategist

Job Overview:
We are seeking a Journey Strategist to join our Everyday Banking team, responsible for shaping and executing the onboarding strategy for our customers and setting the tone for their engagement with our product.
As a key member of our Onboarding Team, you will be instrumental in ensuring seamless customer onboarding, guiding them through account set up and establishing positive early tenure behavior.
Main Responsibilities:
- Defining Processes: Supporting the definition of processes and technology to create a frictionless onboarding experience.
- Instant Provisioning: Developing conditions to enable instant provisioning to mobile wallets and incentivizing use of digital cards.
- Data Analysis: Utilizing historical customer data to identify key traits and behaviors of engaged customers and creating triggers and business rules to interact with customers early in their tenure.
- Collaboration: Collaborating with value chain partners, including Digital, Marketing, Data, Technology, Finance, Legal, and Risk to ensure alignment and support in delivering objectives.
Requirements:
- Customer Focus: Customer centricity and keeping customers at the heart of everything we do.
- Industry Expertise: Experience in retail lending or deposit products.
- Candidate Qualifications: Experience in customer engagement, retention, loyalty, or partnerships.
- Business Acumen: Commercial acumen and experience working closely with operations, risk, finance, and legal.
- Communication Skills: Effective communication and issue resolution skills.
- Banking Knowledge: Financial services and banking experience.
- Team Leadership: Adept at fostering a collaborative team environment and leading, motivating, and developing team members.
- Resource Management: Proficiency in prioritizing and allocating resources based on project priorities and strategic objectives.
