We are seeking a Customer Experience Strategist to lead our contact centre transformation. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing and implementing seamless customer journeys across all touchpoints.

This role involves championing a customer-centric culture, actively seeking feedback, and continuously improving the customer experience based on data and insights.

  • Design and implement exceptional customer experiences across all channels;
  • Lead user research to understand customer needs and preferences;
  • Develop and implement robust systems for monitoring customer feedback and identifying areas for improvement;

To succeed in this role, you should have deep knowledge of UX/CX design methodologies, including journey mapping, prototyping, usability testing, and design thinking.
