The Role Overview

As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting experience requests and event execution, interacting with stakeholders across various levels.

  1. You will work closely with Event Supervisors and the hospitality team to deliver exceptional experiences that are unique.
  2. Your focus is on ensuring seamless execution and operational excellence during live events.

This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication to ensure successful outcomes.

To excel in this position, you should have excellent time management, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support experience requests and event execution
  • Interact with employees, executives, customers, partners, and guests
  • Work closely with Event Supervisors and the REWS hospitality team
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction
