Customer Floor and Catering Services Coordinator Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Floor and Catering Services Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating bookings, assisting with serving rooms, making coffee, placing catering orders, and supporting the Manager – Customer Floor & Catering Services.

This is a team-based position where you will work closely with other colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of services. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional reception and concierge services
  • Coordinating all customer meeting rooms and event area booking requests
  • Responding to emails, messages, and phone calls in a timely manner
  • Assisting with organizing catering requests and dietary requirements
  • Maintaining high standards of presentation in meeting rooms at all times

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 5 years of experience in a corporate event and/or catering role
  • Reception experience including answering a switchboard and managing meeting rooms
  • Barista experience and a valid Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate
  • A valid Food Handling Certificate and Silver service experience
