About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to manage accommodation group bookings and deliver seamless experiences for our clients from enquiry to departure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all accommodation group booking enquiries, providing accurate and timely quotations.
  • Obtain management-approved rates for all group quotations.
  • Handle all rooming lists for Conference & Events (C&E) group blocks.
  • Prepare proposals, contracts, and event orders in line with client requirements.
  • Coordinate invoicing and follow up on payments for group bookings.
  • Maintain effective communication with external clients to confirm details and requirements.
  • Communicate booking details and updates to internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor group booking performance and prepare reports on statistics and activity.
  • Liaise with Revenue, Sales, and Events teams to ensure alignment and maximise occupancy and revenue.
  • Maintain accurate booking records within the property management system.
About You

You will require previous experience in group reservations, revenue coordination, or a related field. Strong organisational and administrative skills with high attention to detail are essential.

You should also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple bookings and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with Microsoft Office and property management/booking systems is highly regarded, as is a customer-focused approach with the ability to build rapport quickly and professionally.
