Community Experience Coordinator

We are seeking a proactive Community Experience Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences in a vibrant health precinct.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Create welcoming environments that reflect the identity of the precinct.
  • Maintain high standards of presentation and cleanliness throughout the lobby area.
  • Coordinate concierge services such as visitor management, transport bookings, dry cleaning, catering and local recommendations.
  • Plan and deliver engaging activations and events that build community connection.

Requirements:

  • A confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A keen eye for detail and pride in delivering exceptional service.
  • Previous experience in hospitality, concierge, customer experience or facilities coordination.
  • Experience in placemaking / marketing desirable.
