Experience Overview

As an Experience Ambassador, you will be the welcoming face of a premium workspace, delivering engaging activations and events that bring people together.

This is a dynamic role where no two days are the same. You will play a key part in shaping the day-to-day experience of the community, from welcoming tenants and visitors to coordinating events and supporting facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be the first point of contact for tenants, visitors, and the community – always approachable, professional, and welcoming.
  • Maintain a polished and vibrant lobby, ensuring it reflects the identity of the space.
  • Coordinate services such as visitor management, transport bookings, dry cleaning, catering, and local recommendations.
  • Plan and deliver lobby activations, events, and seasonal experiences that build community connection.
  • Support the property team with inspections, contractor access, and day-to-day coordination.
What We're Looking For
  • A confident communicator who thrives in a front-facing role and enjoys building rapport.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A keen eye for detail and pride in delivering exceptional service.
  • Previous experience in hospitality, customer experience, or facilities coordination.
  • Experience in placemaking/marketing desirable.
  • Interest or experience in innovation will be highly regarded.
