Learning Experience Coordinator

The role involves managing interdependencies, responding to support questions, and providing ongoing tweaks to communications and process. You will track important metrics, analyse feedback from learners, and provide recommendations for improvement.
Maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and guest speakers is also key. As a coordinator, you'll be responsible for attendee lists and incoming registrations.
Successful candidates will have proven experience coordinating events/training with various moving parts and players. Global coordination experience is essential, as well as the ability to navigate stakeholder groups in a highly matrixed organisation.
A passion for learning & development and employee engagement is required, along with experience in HR and Learning. Proven project management skills, facilitation or presentation skills, and the ability to think ahead are all essential.
