About this role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our dog boutique and spa network as a Retail & Salon Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional client experience, coordinating staff and clients, and achieving retail sales targets.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting clients and handling enquiries, bookings and confirming appointments
  • Co-ordinating staff and clients, ensuring the team are organised and run on time
  • Achieving retail sales targets
  • Processing payments and balancing the till

We are looking for someone who takes pride in providing clients with an incredible experience. You should have excellent communication abilities, strong customer service instincts, and the ability to remain calm and focused in all circumstances.

You will need to be highly organised, willing and able to multitask, and manage clients with respect at all times. Previous retail, salon coordinator or grooming salon experience is essential, and previous experience working with dogs is highly regarded.
