Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Submissions Assistant to join our NSW Construction team. As a key member of our submissions team, you will be responsible for supporting the development and preparation of expressions of interest, tenders, presentations, and events.

  • You will work closely with the Submissions Manager and the New Business Team to develop and design submissions and promotional materials, ensuring they meet BESIX Watpac's brand and design requirements.
  • You will be responsible for proof-checking all copy detail and proof-print material, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • You will assist with the Company branding, including promotional items, client gifting, and project site branding, liaising with external suppliers as required.
  • You will support the Senior Leadership Team and National Marketing Manager in the preparation and coordination of events in NSW.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A degree in a Writing/Design/Graphics related discipline or relevant experience.
  • Experience in a submissions or proposals-based role.
  • Thorough knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and other applications, including Microsoft Office.
  • Proven ability to manage several complex tasks simultaneously to meet deadlines.
