About the Role

This is an exceptional chance to work as part of a dedicated team responsible for delivering high-quality document control services. As a Senior Document Controller, you will be instrumental in establishing and maintaining effective document control systems, ensuring compliance with relevant standards, policies, and procedures.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing expert advice on document control best practices to project teams

  • Developing, reviewing, and continuously improving document control plans and systems

  • Maintaining and enforcing a document control system, including version control, naming conventions, and file storage systems

  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders, such as Internal Audit and Regulatory teams, to ensure seamless document control processes

  • Ensuring accurate access to current documents, technical data, and reports for regulatory submissions

  • Evaluating business activities to assess compliance risk with document registers and information management

  • BUILDING STRONG WORKING RELATIONSHIPS WITH TEAM MEMBERS AND PROJECT STAKEHOLDERS

About You

To succeed in this role, you will possess:

  • Solid experience in documentation and information management roles

  • Diploma or equivalent qualifications in document control or relevant field

  • Expertise in using corporate document control and information systems, such as SharePoint and InEight Doc

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

  • Able to work effectively in a team environment and autonomously
