Hotel Night Manager Role

A key role at our hotel, working alongside the night team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

This is a challenging and rewarding position that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure.

As Hotel Night Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations of the hotel during the evening and overnight hours.

You will oversee all front-of-house activities, including managing staff, responding to guest queries, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Responsibilities
  • To represent the hotel's reputation by providing a warm welcome to all guests entering the hotel.
  • To maintain up-to-date knowledge of current trends and product knowledge to create customized experiences for every guest.
  • To present yourself impeccably groomed and looking your best at all times.
  • To execute best practice in all hotel procedures and policies at all times.
  • Anticipate and meet guest needs and desires immediately as they occur during the night shift.
  • Accurately identify any discrepancy between revenue and payments.
  • Be fully conversant with Opera as it relates to specific night audit functions.
  • Maintain a proactive and positive approach to achieve success.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with all staff & management.
  • Promote all areas of the business and ensure adequate details are obtained and passed on to the correct manager following any enquiries after hours.
