As a key member of our front of house team, the Night Supervisor will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless guest experiences.

This is an exciting opportunity for a confident and charismatic individual to lead by example and drive business growth during night service.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading the FOH team with confidence and care during night service
  • Collaborating with the Venue Manager to optimize daily operations
  • Overseeing floor service, reservations, and guest experience
  • Managing cash handling, close-of-day procedures, and reporting
  • Mentoring junior staff and cultivating a positive team culture

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous supervisory experience in restaurants, cafes, or bars
  • A natural flair for hospitality and guest engagement
  • Confidence leading small teams during service
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills under pressure
  • Availability on key nights: Tuesday, Friday & Saturday
  • Interest in wine, coffee, and produce-driven menus is an asset
