Hotel Night Shift Professional

A key role at the front desk, as Night Auditor, you are often the first point of contact for guests checking in late at night. Your strong interpersonal skills enable you to provide excellent customer service and anticipate the needs of our guests.

You will also be responsible for ensuring that all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date, providing a secure environment for our guests and staff.

We seek someone with exceptional attention to detail, who can work well under pressure and maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.

About this Role

  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their queries and resolving any issues promptly.

  • Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and staff, adhering to hotel policies and procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless operations and high standards of service.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a hospitality setting.
