Role Overview

This is a unique opportunity to take on a leading role in creating functional, aesthetically pleasing interior spaces for diverse clients across various industries.

  • Develop design concepts and plans that meet the client's requirements and expectations
  • Propose creative design solutions for review with senior team members
  • Lead the design development and delivery of projects throughout all phases
  • Create detailed drawings, 3D models, and renderings of interior spaces
  • Coordinate with FF&E, lighting, and consultant teams to achieve design intent
  • Plan the design process for each phase, ensuring timely deliverables
  • Collaborate with remote documentation teams, clearly communicating design intent through models and mark-ups
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new materials, and emerging technologies

As a highly skilled designer, you should have a passion for luxury hospitality interiors and an exceptional eye for detail. You thrive in translating conceptual visions into meticulously crafted, buildable spaces.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field
  • Proven experience as a Senior Interior Designer, with significant hospitality project work
  • Advanced proficiency in design software AutoCAD and SketchUp
  • Strong technical knowledge of interior detailing, materials, and construction processes
  • Proven ability to manage design phases from concept to delivery
  • Exceptional communication and coordination skills with multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong knowledge of design principles, color theory, and materials
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
