We are seeking a highly skilled Interior Designer to lead our team in delivering exceptional luxury hospitality interior spaces.

The Role

As the key member of our design team, you will be responsible for implementing innovative design concepts and creating aesthetically pleasing interior environments for various clients across industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop creative design solutions that meet client requirements and deliver results-driven outcomes
  • Propose unique design ideas for review with the project team and Creative Director
  • Lead the design development process, ensuring timely delivery of projects across all phases
  • Create detailed drawings, 3D models, and renderings of interior spaces that exceed client expectations
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve design intent and ensure seamless project execution
  • Plan the design process for each phase, ensuring accurate deliverables and meeting programme deadlines
  • Collaborate with remote documentation teams to clearly communicate design intent through models and mark-ups
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new materials, and emerging technologies to drive design innovation
About You

You are an experienced designer with a passion for luxury hospitality interiors and an exceptional eye for detail. You thrive in translating conceptual visions into meticulously crafted, buildable spaces that delight clients.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field, with a strong understanding of design principles and practices
  • Proven experience as a Senior Interior Designer, with significant hospitality project work under your belt
  • Advanced proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD and SketchUp, with the ability to create complex designs and models
  • Strong technical knowledge of interior detailing, materials, and construction processes, ensuring builds are executed flawlessly
  • Proven ability to manage design phases from concept to delivery, meeting deadlines and exceeding client expectations
  • Exceptional communication and coordination skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks efficiently
