Main Responsibilities:
- Drive strategic growth, profitability, and operational excellence while maintaining our luxury brand standards.
- Deliver world-class service for VIP guests and high-profile events.
- Develop and execute innovative sales and marketing strategies to grow revenue and market share.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in a senior hospitality leadership role.
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets.
- A hands-on leader with exceptional people management skills.
- Passion for luxury hospitality and delivering unforgettable guest experiences.
- Current RSA and Australian permanent residency or citizenship.
