Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Guest Service Supervisor. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Your role will involve supervising a team of Ladies and Gentlemen, supporting them with general operational tasks, and ensuring the delivery of luxury hospitality standards. You will also be responsible for assisting with guest check-in and check-out, managing pre-arrival processes, and handling general enquiries.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to build relationships with existing and new guests, exhibiting our legendary service and driving future bookings. You will also be responsible for overseeing service standards, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing initiatives to enhance the guest experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience with OPERA property management system or similar
  • A genuinely warm & welcoming demeanor
  • Availability to work on rotating shifts including weekends and overnight
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills
  • Relevant experience in a similar supervisory role
  • Working rights in Australia
  • Enthusiastic to escalate your career
  • Self-motivated, driven and energized in a fast-paced environment
