A High-Energy Kitchen Operations Manager is an experienced professional dedicated to delivering exceptional culinary experiences and fostering a winning culture in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Kitchen Manager to oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring seamless execution of menus and maintaining high standards of quality and consistency.
  • Prioritize staff development by participating in hiring, training, and coaching new team members, while also mentoring existing staff to achieve whole-team success.
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to optimize cost centre budgets and targets through effective planning, scheduling, and execution, maintaining our reputation for excellence.
  • Lead by example in upholding restaurant safety, sanitation, and security standards at all times, including safe handling of chemicals.
Critical Skills & Certifications:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in high-volume kitchen environments, preferably with management or supervisory roles.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, listening, and communication skills to inspire cooperation and teamwork.
  • Extensive knowledge of kitchen operations, meticulous culinary skills, and ability to manage inventory and allocate resources efficiently.
  • Compliant and up-to-date on necessary certifications, with a strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
