Wahlburgers, a renowned international brand founded in 2011 by the Wahlberg family, is seeking experienced Cooks to join its dynamic kitchen team.
We are looking for highly skilled and organized individuals with at least two years' experience in high-volume kitchens to assist our Kitchen Managers and Assistant Kitchen Managers with daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain consistency in recipe execution and contribute to upholding Wahlburgers' high standards.
- Aid in maintaining a clean and professional environment, adhering to proper uniforms and appearance standards.
- Ensure a safe and respectful workspace for all Team Members and Managers.
- Minimum 2 years' kitchen work experience in high-volume environments.
- Excellent communication skills, including listening and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to lead by example, inspiring teamwork through confidence, attitude, and enthusiasm.
- Familiarity with commercial food preparation equipment maintenance and operation.
- Systematic approach to work, prioritizing tasks efficiently.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- An estimated salary of AU$65,000 - AU$80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
