Your OpportunityThis role supports the customer journey from lead through to move-in.
Key Responsibilities- Configure, manage and optimise CRM pipelines, lifecycle stages, scoring and automations.
- Drive strategic and tactical enablement of the sales team with clear funnel tracking, sales automations, and reporting dashboards.
- Build CRM workflows that support task assignment, reminders and communication with prospects in long sales cycles.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, CX, and insights teams to align CRM with the full customer journey.
- Support training and change management for CRM adoption.
- Proven expertise with Salesforce and/or HubSpot.
- A background in sectors with long and complex sales cycles (property, retirement, real estate, financial services).
- Strong skills in funnel analysis, reporting and stakeholder communication.
- Strategic thinking with a high attention to data integrity and process improvement.
- Experience working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, digital and insights teams.
