Role Overview

You will be the trusted expert guiding clients with strategy and delivering tailored solutions leveraging the Microsoft Power Platform.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years' hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, expertise in Customer Insights & CRM modules, and a proven track record of successful D365 implementations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design impactful customer journeys with clients.
  • Lead D365 Customer Insights implementations (segmentation, analytics, journeys).
  • Develop customized CRM solutions (dashboards, workflows, reports) to meet client needs.
  • Collaborate with developers, analysts, and project managers to deliver high-quality outcomes.
