We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Journey Expert to lead the delivery of exceptional customer service across all touchpoints.

This is a full-time permanent role where you'll collaborate with various teams to develop consistent and seamless customer experiences.

Key responsibilities include:

  • MAPPING CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE
  • UNDERSTANDING CUSTOMER PAIN POINTS
  • DESIGNING CONSISTENT AND CONNECTED CUSTOMER JOURNEYS

To succeed, you will need a clear vision of the end-to-end customer experience and effective communication skills to work with multiple stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • PROVEN EXPERIENCE IN STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT, PROGRAM MANAGEMENT OR DESIGN THINKING
  • KNOWLEDGE OF FRONT-LINE WORK GROUPS
  • A DEEP UNDERSTANDING OF THE AIRLINE INDUSTRY AND OPERATIONAL ENVIRONMENT
