
Customer Journey Analyst

This is a challenging role where you will be working closely with the Customer Experience Manager to drive customer feedback and wellbeing programs. You will coordinate national surveys, track insights, manage escalated complaints, and drive initiatives that enhance the resident journey.
The key areas of focus for this role include delivering Levande's customer feedback program, monitoring results and partnering with Sales and Operations to close the loop on feedback and improvement opportunities, overseeing the complaints escalation process, and supporting underperforming communities through targeted improvement plans.
You will also be responsible for facilitating resident forums, focus groups, and national partnership governance, managing and refining the customer journey framework, collaborating with external survey providers, and contributing to staff education on customer feedback, complaints management, and system use.
